Nothing is preparing to launch its Phone 3a series in the global market on March 4. Both devices, including the Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro, are said to have significant camera improvements over the predecessor. In the most recent update, the company confirmed the camera setup for the upcoming Nothing Phone 3a.
In a YouTube video, the company compared the Phone 3a camera to the new iPhone 16 Pro Max and demonstrated the results. Here’s everything we know about the Phone 3a’s camera features and specifications.
Nothing Phone 3a camera
The device is confirmed to get a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, 6x in-sensor zoom, and 60x hybrid zoom. In the video, the company states that the lens will offer more detailed macro shots. The device is also confirmed to offer a 50MP primary shooter which will offer more depth and clarity compared to its predecessor. The entire camera setup on the Phone 3a is said to offer Ultra HDR and 4K support.
Expected specs
According to the reports, the device is said to bring a 6.8-inch OLED panel and a 120Hz refresh rate. It may come powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and may be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device may house a 6,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

The device will bring a 50MP triple camera setup as mentioned above. It may also offer a 32MP front-facing camera with 4K recording capabilities.
The device is also said to offer an iPhone-like Action Button which will allow the users to access shortcuts easily.
Price expectations
The Nothing Phone 3a price is expected to be around Rs 25,000 with the introductory offers, a report stated. At the same time, the Nothing Phone 3a Pro is expected to be priced at around Rs 30,000.
