Amit Shah chairs review meeting on Manipur’s security

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday (March 1, 2025) chaired a high-level review meeting in New Delhi with top security officials over the security situation in Manipur, during which he directed them to ensure free movement of people on all roads across the State from March 8 onwards.


He is also said to have directed early finishing of fencing at Manipur’s border with Myanmar and the dismantling of the drug network.
